Australia's leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has advised Whiteoak Growth Fund II LP (Whiteoak) on its investment in Zeus Street Greek.

Zeus Street Greek is a leading modern Greek quick-service restaurant business with 45 corporate stores and franchises located across Australia. Whiteoak acquired its stake through the purchase of shares in the holding company from its founder shareholders, who will retain a significant ownership interest in the business.

The transaction was led by corporate partner Glen Sauer, alongside partners Stephen Price, Natalie Bryant, Eugenia Kolivos and Lara Hall, with support from a team of experts across the firm's corporate, employment, labour and safety, real estate, intellectual property, and regulatory practices.

Commenting on the matter, Glen Sauer said: “We are pleased to advise Whiteoak on their latest transaction, where Whiteoak will provide financial backing and strategic support to the Zeus Street Greek founders to accelerate the growth of the business.

This transaction highlights Corrs’ private equity expertise and ability to provide a full-service offering to deliver commercially focused outcomes for our clients.”
