Australia’s leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has advised Whiteoak Growth Fund II LP (Whiteoak) on its acquisition of Arcadia Consolidated Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries (Arcadia).
Arcadia is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high performance architectural facade systems, specialising in external shading, louvres and natural ventilation solutions. Whiteoak will partner with Arcadia’s management team to support its next phase of growth.
