Australia’s leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has today announced that Jo Dodd will be joining the partnership, based in Sydney.

Jo is a leading debt capital markets lawyer with experience covering debt, hybrid and equity capital markets as well as corporate governance and financial institution regulatory advice. She has expertise in all debt instruments, including debt issuance programmes and drawdowns, standalone issuances, retail bond and regulatory capital offerings and liability management transactions.

Jo has a particular focus on regulatory capital and other hybrid securities in both retail and wholesale debt markets, acting for a broad range of financial institutions and corporates.

Jo is joining Corrs from King & Wood Mallesons. She will commence with Corrs in February 2024.
