Anton advises clients on investments in private investment funds, co-investments, secondary acquisitions and divestments of private investment fund interests and fund formations. Anton’s clients include sponsors and investors across a number of asset classes, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, debt and real estate.
Kate specialises in contentious and non-contentious business and human rights and ESG issues. She advises Australia’s leading financial institutions, national and multinational corporates on ESG reporting and disclosure obligations, business and human rights governance and compliance issues.
Philip is an experienced projects lawyer who advises on complex projects in the infrastructure, energy, resources and real estate sectors. His expertise includes strategic advice on project structuring and negotiating complex project documents.
