Australia’s leading independent law firm, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, has been recognised as a 2021 Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA).

The WGEA EOCGE citation is public recognition of an organisation’s commitment to gender equality.

WGEA Director Libby Lyons said: “The WGEA EOCGE citation is recognised as a rigorous guide for employers to implement leading-practice initiatives to achieve gender equality in their workplaces.”

Corrs CEO, and WGEA Pay Equity Ambassador, Gavin MacLaren said: “Achieving gender equality continues to be a key priority for the firm. It is critically important to our people and our clients.

“I am personally committed to achieving further progress in this area.”
