  • CBS Studios Inc Advised on CBS’ high profile acquisition of Ten Network Holdings, including Channel Ten, Eleven, One and the digital platform TENPLAY.
  • nbn Long standing primary advisor to nbn on technology and telecommunications matters including outsourcing deals, insourcing of systems engineering function, major agile development projects, access agreements, network security, procurement, data centres, and cyber incident preparedness and response.
  • Amazon Inc Advised on the launch of Amazon Kindle and Amazon Music products in Australia, including on consumer laws, consumer agreements, and marketing. Advised on Amazon Marketplace, including computer games regulation and classification in Australia.
  • Tencent Advised on legal and regulatory issues relevant to Tencent’s computer games business, including consumer law, end user contracts, copyright in player generated content, regulation of virtual currencies, financial services regulation and gambling laws.
  • TV1 and Sci Fi Advised on CBS’ joint venture with Sony and Universal/NBC for the production of the subscription television channels “TV1” and “Sci Fi”.
