- $5 billion Airport Link – Australia’s largest toll road project Advised the BrisConnections consortium (Macquarie, Thiess, John Holland) on Australia’s largest toll road project, delivered to-date with a project cost of $5 billion (2010).
- Victorian Desalination Project Acted for the Victorian Department of Sustainability & Environment on all aspects of the Victorian Desalination PPP project, which was delivered at the height of the global financial crisis.
- Gold Coast Rapid Transit Acting for the Queensland Department of Transport & Main Roads on the GCRT project – a new light rail system to be established on the Gold Coast.
