- Brisconnections Airport Link Project Advising Brisconnections in relation to delivery of Australia’s largest infrastructure project.
- $400 million Bass Gas Project dispute for Clough Ltd Acted for Clough Limited in arbitral proceedings between Origin Energy regarding the Bass Gas Project. The dispute related to the design and commissioning of an offshore platform in Bass Strait, sub-sea and land pipelines and a gas processing plant.
- $43 billion implementation of National Broadband Network Advising NBN Co Ltd, the company aiming to position Australia at the forefront of the digital economy by delivering broadband speeds of at least 100 megabits per second to 90% of Australian homes and businesses.
- Victorian Southern Star Observation Wheel rectification claims Advising ING in relation to the rectification of the Southern Star Observation Wheel in Victoria, which faced significant engineering issues and related consequences.
