- Victorian Southern Star Observation Wheel rectification claims Acted for ING in relation to the claims related to the rectification of the Southern Star Observation Wheel in Victoria, which faced significant engineering issues and related consequences.
- Contractual dispute resolution for AJ Lucas Ltd Acted for AJ Lucas Limited in the Supreme Court of Victoria in a contractual dispute related to work undertaken for BHP Billiton and McConnell Dowell on the Minerva Gas Fields.
- $400 million Bass Gas Project dispute for Clough Ltd Acted for Clough Limited in arbitral proceedings between Origin Energy regarding the Bass Gas Project. The dispute related to the design and commissioning of an offshore platform in Bass Strait, sub-sea and land pipelines and a gas processing plant.
- International sub-contracting dispute resolution Acted for a significant international sub-contractor in a dispute regarding sub-sea cables and defect claims in relation to Anzon’s Manta/Baska fields near Gippsland.
