Our head of corporate Sandy Mak and head of technology, media and telecommunications James North presented at the General Counsel Summit 2023, regarding the continued evolution of regulators’ expectations of general counsel.

Sandy delivered the partner keynote address, unpacking the critical governance lessons for GCs in the wake of recent high-profile proceedings and steps that need to be taken to mitigate future risk.

James then joined a data privacy and security panel discussion on how GCs can drive compliance and safeguard their organisations from falling into cybersecurity traps.
