  • GenesisCare Acted for China Resources and Macquarie Capital on their acquisition of GenesisCare, Australia’s largest provider of cancer and cardiac care, from KKR.
  • Terrex Seismic Acted for the shareholder in connection with the recapitalisation and acquisition of Terrex Seismic, Australia’s leading onshore provider of seismic surveying services to the oil, gas and minerals industries, by private equity fund manager Allegro.
  • Wellard Limited Represented the convertible noteholders in connection with the share placement, underwritten non-renounceable entitlement offer and subscription for convertible notes in Australia’s largest livestock exporter, the ASX listed Wellard Limited.
  • Guardian Childcare Acted for the bank syndicate on the acquisition of Guardian Childcare by Partners Group.
  • Quadrant Energy Advised the Brookfield and Macquarie consortium on the debt financing of its acquisition of Apache Corporations Western Australia oil and gas assets, now Quadrant Energy.
  • Financial services Advised on numerous acquisitions and bids for various businesses in the financial services sector.
  • Project Finance Advised the ALTRAC consortium in respect of the debt funding for its successful bid for the Sydney Light Rail PPP. Acted on numerous other projects including East West Link Road and the Australian Government’s icebreaker ship for the Australian Antartic Division.
  • Real Estate Finance Acted on the debt financing of the acquisition of numerous real estate assets including commercial, leisure and retail (including multiple shopping centres).
  • Cashflow Financings Advised on numerous cashflow financings including receivables, inventory and supply chain financings.
