Nick is an experienced major projects and transactions lawyer with a focus on natural resources and infrastructure, both in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
He previously worked in a commercial role initiating and managing transactions for a diversified ASX-listed financial services and investment group. He has also spent time on secondment in the legal group of one of the world’s leading oil and gas companies.
Nick is admitted as a lawyer of the National Court of Papua New Guinea. He is also an Australian Legal Practitioner admitted in the Supreme Courts of Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales, and in the High Court of Australia.
