A construction litigator who specialises in large and complex disputes, Kristy is experienced in advising on delay and disruption claims, as well as extensions of time, claims of defective work and liquidated damages.
She acts for Australian and international clients across a range of industries including the mining, oil and gas sectors, and has experience in various mechanisms of dispute resolution, including adjudication, mediation, Supreme Court proceedings, expert determination and domestic and international arbitration.
Kristy also has commercial litigation expertise, having advised on significant trade practices disputes, compliance of international agreements (including dispute resolution and governing law clauses) with Australian law, international bribery allegations, extradition and shareholder oppression claims.
Kristy is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, The Law Society of WA, Golden Key International Honours Society, the Victoria University Program Advisory Committee and Women in Mining WA.
