Cameron advises on a broad range of financial and capital market transactions with a focus on structured finance, securitisation, asset-backed lending and credit funds. 

He represents investment banks, funds, private equity firms, pension funds, investors and other financial institutions in connection with a diverse range of asset classes. This includes middle market loans, trade receivables, credit cards, insurance receivables, auto-receivables, student loan receivables, leases, NPLs and residential and commercial mortgage loans, incorporating a wide range of structures, such as CLO/CDOs, ABCP conduits, RMBS, CMBS, covered bonds and whole business securitisations. He also advises on the restructuring of complex financial transactions.

Cameron’s has international expertise gained working in Australia, the US and the UK where he most recently worked as a partner in Dechert’s Global Finance Practice.

He has advised clients including Blackstone, KKR, Apollo Management International, Rothschild & Co., Morgan Stanley, Citi, JPMorgan, Deutsche Bank and Goldman Sachs.
