Advised ESR Group, one of the largest pan-Asian logistics real estate developers, owners and operators and a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, one of the leading global private equity firms, on ESR’s successful A$755 million unsolicited off market takeover of ASX-listed REIT Propertylink Group. As part of this transaction, Corrs also advised ESR on the acquisition of its pre-bid stake of 19.89% of Propertylink through an after-market raid, using an equity derivative structure.
