PAG Asia Capital

Acted on its acquisition of Creaveable Brands, the operator of Oporto, Red Rooster and Chicken Treat franchise networks.

Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets

Acted on the establishment of a joint venture with Shandong Ruyi in respect of Cubbie Station in Queensland, the Southern Hemisphere's largest irrigation farm.

Mercury Capital

Acted on its acquisition of Bauer Media’s Australian and New Zealand magazines business and on its minority investment in Squiz Pty Ltd.

Flight Centre Travel Group

Acted on its A$700 million fully underwritten institutional placement and accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer, one of the first and largest capital raisings to launch during the COVID-19 period of market disruption.

KKR Credit Income Fund

Acted for KKR and Perpetual on the A$925 million IPO of the KKR Credit Income Fund
