Amanda advises on all aspects of employment and labour law, and has particular expertise in industrial relations, including advising on the formulation and execution of industrial relations strategies, enterprise bargaining and disputes.
She has fostered a reputation as a trusted and dedicated adviser who goes above and beyond to deliver for her clients in the pressured environment of industrial disputation.
Amanda has significant litigious experience and regularly acts for employers in matters before the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of Victoria, the Fair Work Commission and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
Amanda regularly provides pro bono assistance to a range of not-for-profit clients, and also volunteers with the Employment Law Service at West Justice community legal centre. Amanda is currently completing a Masters of Employment and Labour Relations Law at the University of Melbourne, and is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
