How will China's ongoing management of its currency in the international market impact economic reform and new policies within its borders? A commonly held view is that China hasn't emphasised economic reform and new policies to take the economy into the next stage of development. But there is also quite a different view: that with the internationalisation of the Renminbi, the currency of China, they have taken a major and deliberate step.
