- NBN Co Limited From its establishment, Stephen has been the lead adviser in connection with all aspects of its industrial relations, employment law, subcontracting and occupational health and safety legal requirements.
- Johnson & Johnson Australia Strategic adviser for more than 20 years in relation to the full range of employment and industrial relations issues, including business acquisitions, investigation of companies, termination of employment, anti-discrimination complaints and numerous OH&S issues.
- Suncorp-Metway Acted for Suncorp-Metway in relation to the employment aspects of acquisitions such as of Promina as well as divestments. Also advised on Suncorp’s share schemes.
- Linfox Armaguard Acted for Linfox and Linfox Armaguard in relation to a number of industrial disputes with the Transport Workers Union, including disputes arising from armed holdups and allegations that industrial reforms implemented by the company affected employees’ health and safety.
