Specialising in all aspects of construction law from project documents and construction agreements through to arbitration and litigation, Robert’s clients include some of Australia’s major construction companies and government departments.

  • Power stations Lead adviser on resolution of very substantial disputes involving the design and construction of co-generation projects in South Australia and Western Australia.
  • Tunnelling projects Lead adviser on complex tunnelling projects including cable tunnels in NSW and Singapore; and lead adviser on resolution of very substantial claims arising out of the Cross City Tunnel.
