  • Walsh Bay joint venture Acted on all aspects of the establishment, development and financing of Sydney’s Walsh Bay comprising 600 residential dwellings, commercial and retail space.
  • 2000 Olympic Games Village Acted for development joint venture in the residential community title structuring and developing of the 2000 Olympic Games Village comprising more than 2000 dwellings.
  • $1.124 billion Mirvac acquisition Reported as Australia’s largest property deal at the time, Peter led the Corrs team advising Mirvac on the acquisition of 24 property assets from Walker Corporation. Assisting Mirvac to settle the transaction in just 45 days.
  • Mirvac Multi Option Presale Securitisation Acted for Mirvac on its MOPS documentation and programme to fund development activity with the securitisation of presales - securities being provided on a limited recourse basis.
  • Indigenous Land Corporation Advised on the scope of the Corporation’s powers under ATSIC legislation with respect to joint ventures and property and finance transactions.
