Wendy is a litigator with extensive experience in inquiries, regulatory investigations and public law matters, as well as complex commercial disputes.
Wendy works with individuals, major financial institutions and regulators on investigations and enforcement proceedings and represents individuals and entities appearing before Royal Commissions and Senate inquiries. She also represents both private and public sector clients in complex commercial litigation in various courts in Australia.
Wendy has a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School and is admitted to the New York State Bar. She worked for a number of years in New York at a global law firm and a boutique litigation firm.
