Tom Whip

A disputes specialist with expertise in arbitration and litigation, Tom advises clients across the energy and resources, financial services, construction and infrastructure, and insurance sectors in relation to complex commercial disputes.

Tom has acted in arbitrations under various governing laws and seated in a range of jurisdictions, including the United States, China, England and Wales, and Australia. His litigation experience spans the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia, and the High Court of Justice (England and Wales).

Before joining Corrs, Tom practiced at a leading international law firm in London and Australia. Tom holds a Master of Laws from Columbia University, where he specialised in international arbitration.
