Tom specialises in litigation, with expertise on matters relating to administrative law, native title, land law, judicial reviews and contractual disputes.
He represents private sector clients, ranging from large proprietary companies to ASX-listed corporations and native title body corporates.
Tom commenced his career at the WA State Solicitor’s Office, conducting a variety of litigation in planning and environmental law, land law and native title issues for the WA State Government.
He has acted as counsel across various jurisdictions, including the Magistrates and Supreme Courts and has also appeared in specialist tribunals such as the Liquor Commission and Industrial Relations Commission.
