Tom d'Arbon

Tom is an M&A tax specialist advising on the income tax aspects of transaction structuring, tax due diligence, and the negotiation and drafting of transaction documents.

He works with private equity sponsors, as well as listed and unlisted corporates, across a range of industries and transactions, including public-to-private acquisitions, property and infrastructure projects, and employee share schemes. He also advises on the establishment and structuring of private equity and venture capital funds.

Tom brings international experience from his time in London, where he advised on a broad range of UK and European transactions.
