Sophie advises clients on all aspects of workplace, industrial relations and employment law. She brings clarity to complex matters, particularly where legal, operational and reputational considerations intersect.

She supports employers throughout the employment lifecycle, providing strategic advice on the interpretation and application of modern awards and enterprise agreements, workplace investigations, employee misconduct, performance management, terminations, and employment disputes and claims. She also represents clients in the Fair Work Commission and Federal Courts in matters including unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, historical underpayment and recordkeeping claims.

Sophie is particularly recognised for her deep understanding of the tertiary education sector and the unique workforce and compliance challenges facing universities and other providers. She has extensive experience advising organisations in the sector, as well as other major employers, on complex payroll and wage compliance reviews and remediation programs, including the interpretation of industrial instruments and engagement with Federal and State regulators.

As an inaugural member of Abilities@Corrs and the firm's national Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Sophie is actively involved in advancing the firm's commitment to an inclusive and supportive culture.
