Siobhan Parker

Siobhan has extensive experience assisting private and public sector clients across a broad range of complex disputes and regulatory investigations, with particular focus on Royal Commissions and other forms of inquiry, class actions and financial regulatory matters.

She regularly provides advice to a range of commercial and government clients in relation to commercial litigation before the Federal Court, Supreme Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Supreme Court of the ACT. 

Siobhan has appeared as an advocate in the Federal Court of Australia, the Supreme Court of the ACT, various Magistrates’ Courts and the Mental Health Tribunal.
