Rebecca LeBherz

Rebecca is a Special Counsel in the Commercial Litigation team with over 15 years’ experience advising on large commercial, regulatory and technology disputes. She acts for clients across various industries, with a focus on contentious regulatory matters, including engagement with regulators and litigated proceedings.

Rebecca also has extensive experience advising clients affected by some of Australia’s largest data breaches. Her expertise spans cyber incident planning and compliance as well as data breach response, including regulator engagement, notification obligations and injunctive relief.

She has also acted in a number of Royal Commissions, both representing parties appearing before a commission and serving as a solicitor assisting the Commission.

Rebecca was a finalist for Lawyers Weekly Special Counsel of the Year.
