Philip is an experienced projects lawyer who specialises in advising on complex projects in the infrastructure, energy, resources and real estate sectors. He has worked on major projects in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia.

Philip’s key expertise includes strategic advice on optimum procurement strategies as well as negotiating complex project documents including development agreements, engineering, procurement and construction contracts, services agreements, offtake agreements and power purchase agreements.

He is passionate about projects that focus on decarbonisation and deliver positive social and environmental change. His experience includes new energy projects and projects involving carbon capture.

Philip has held various community leadership roles including on the HIA legal and industrial relations committee and as a board member of the WA mental health charity, zero2hero. He is a member of the Clean Energy Council – Renewable Hydrogen Directorate.
