Maxim Oppy

Maxim is a commercial litigator with broad experience acting in significant disputes across the financial services, technology and public sectors. He has acted for ASX-listed companies, multinational corporations and State governments in proceedings before the Federal Court of Australia and state Supreme Courts. 

He has particular experience in cross-border litigation, corporate and shareholder disputes, regulatory investigations and ESG litigation. 

Prior to joining Corrs, Maxim was an Associate to a Judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria, serving in both the Trial Division and the Court of Appeal.
