Martin is an experienced front-end projects lawyer dedicated to supporting clients in the renewable energy, infrastructure and mining sectors.
He advises sponsors, lenders and contractors on developing, delivering and financing projects, from greenfield development to financial close and beyond. His expertise spans project structuring and bankability review, contract drafting and negotiation, and contract administration with ongoing operational support. He has also contributed to many key project and finance documents needed for international project-financed deals.
Before joining Corrs, Martin served as a regional legal adviser at a leading Southeast Asian law firm, where he advised on energy and infrastructure projects in Laos, Vietnam and Thailand. This role gave him a deep insight into the political, market and cultural dynamics of emerging market jurisdictions, including practical experience in structuring, developing, and delivering projects in these jurisdictions.
He was a registered foreign lawyer in Laos and remains a registered foreign lawyer in Vietnam.
