Lindsay is a banking and finance lawyer who specialises in real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, and structured finance and securitisation.
He regularly advises bank and non-bank lenders, borrowers, sponsors and others in a variety of industries and sectors across a broad range of financing transactions and structures.
Lindsay is an active member of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association (APLMA) and is currently appointed as a committee member of the APLMA Young Leaders Committee – Australia.
