He has considerable expertise in security of payment legislation, regularly guiding clients through payment challenges. He has also successfully conducted multiple adjudication proceedings.

Liam is highly experienced in formulating and evidencing delay and disruption analyses. He has also worked closely with forensic accounting and quantum experts on financial and cost-related issues.

Liam has coordinated, lectured and assessed a construction law unit at the University of Western Australia Law School.
