Kayne Vague

Kayne advises both large and small corporations on day-to-day workplace relations and safety matters. He has considerable litigation experience, having represented employers in defending claims involving unfair dismissal, general protections, discrimination, and underpayment. Kayne also advises on industrial relations disputes with unions and represents employers in urgent industrial action matters before the Fair Work Commission.

He has defended corporations facing work health and safety prosecutions, providing guidance on responding to safety incidents immediately after they occur.

Before joining Corrs, Kayne practised in the employment and safety team at a national law firm.
