Acts for Mirvac on the title structuring and disposal of numerous residential developments including The Finery at Waterloo, Pavilions at Sydney Olympic Park, Marrick & Co at Marrickville and St Leonard’s Square.
Stockland
Acts for Stockland on the disposal of its residential master plan communities at Elara, Willowdale and Altrove. Joe previously acted on the disposal of Stocklands high rise residential developments at The Hyde and The Village Balgowlah.
The Gables
Acts for Celestino on the staged development and disposal of the largest master-planned residential community in the Hills district. When completed, the development will comprise more than 4,000 dwellings with plans to house more than 13,000 people.
Loftex Group
Acts for the Loftex Group on the title structuring and disposal of its residential projects. These include developments at St Leonards, Burwood, Epping and Strathfield.
Breakfast Point
Acted for the developer over many years in the staged disposal of this major residential community title development comprising more than 2,000 dwellings.
Joint ventures
Acted for the developers in the staged residential community titles development of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games Village at Newington comprising more than 2,000 dwellings. Joe also acted for the developers on the disposal of the Walsh Bay staged residential project comprising over 600 dwellings.
