Jeremy has strong experience across a wide range of property transactions and projects.

A particular focus of Jeremy’s practice is complex leasing arrangements, having advised on significant leasing pre-commitments and complex subleasing structures. He regularly acts for landlords and tenants across key industry sectors, including industrial, office and retail. Jeremy also has experience dealing with aged care, agricultural and logistics asset classes.

Jeremy’s experience extends to acquisitions and dispositions of land and off-the-plan residential development projects.
