Jenny has broad experience across domestic and cross-border financing transactions advising borrowers, investors and arrangers. She has a particular focus in securitisations and structured finance and also has experience in debt capital markets, derivatives and syndicated loans.
She has advised on a wide range of transactions including residential mortgage-backed securities, asset-back securities, medium-term notes and syndicated loans across the Australian, New Zealand, European, Asian and North American markets.
In 2025, Jenny was named a finalist in the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards in the Banking and Finance category. She also acted as one of the lead lawyers for the originator in a term securitisation that received the “Australian Innovative Securitisation Deal of the Year” award from KangaNews in 2024.
