A litigator with over ten years’ experience in commercial litigation, James has a particular focus on regulatory matters. His expertise and experience cover a broad range of areas, including competition, consumer protection and other regulatory areas, trade, cyber, and class actions.
James has acted for the Commonwealth Government in a series of high-value claims, and regularly acts for the ACCC in enforcement matters. He advises Australian and international clients from a range of industries, including financial services and consumer electronics.
James also helps importers, exporters and industry bodies to navigate trade investigations, and disputes arising from them, in Australia and internationally.
