With experience acting across all types of employment and labour matters, Jade has particular expertise in disputes and litigation, work health and safety and discrimination. She also acts for clients on industrial matters, regulatory inquiries, investigations and prosecutions.
Jade advises a variety of public and private sector clients across industries including construction, social and community, education, emergency services, transport, retail and health. She also has significant litigation experience in both the Federal and various State jurisdictions.
Jade is presently undertaking a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne, specialising in employment and labour relations.
Jade is a regular contributor to the Pro Bono practice at Corrs, assisting clients on various employment and safety issues.
