An experienced financial services lawyer, Geoff acts for trustees and promoters of superannuation and other trusts and funds, AFS licensees, credit licensees and foreign financial services providers across regulatory and contractual management. He specialises in APRA, ASIC and AUSTRAC regulatory work.
