With over 30 years of experience in general commercial litigation, Estelle specialises in advising in complex corporate litigation cases.

Estelle’s practice has a particular emphasis on agribusiness, and she regularly advises banks, insolvency practitioners and secured lenders on their rights and obligations. Clients have relied on her expertise to assist with commercial litigious matters in the District, Supreme and Federal Courts.

Estelle is also experienced in coronial inquests, and has acted for number of clients in regard to deaths in custody or as a result of accident.

    Advised three of four major banks in the Supreme Court of Western Australia for actions involving contested mortgage recovery and all aspects of security enforcement. Regularly advises on the appointment of controllers and issues arising for the banks and controllers during the period of appointment.

    Represents and advises Rural Bank on all aspects of recovery and enforcement.

    Advised insolvency practitioners on a range of insolvency related issues.

    Coronial Inquests

    Represented at several coronial inquests into deaths in custody as well as in a range of litigations claims. Assisted with the conduct of the Coronial Inquest into deaths at Christmas Island.
