Emmanuel advises clients across the specialised legal practice areas of banking and finance as well as ESG and responsible business. He advises and represents financiers, borrowers, sponsors, agents, security trustees and custodians on both international and domestic financings, including the Australian law aspects of various cross-border deals.
With a strong commitment to pro-bono community initiatives, Emmanuel is also an experienced investor, business developer and entrepreneur. He spent several years in the commercial sector, launching two Australian start-ups before transitioning to law.
Additionally, Emmanuel serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Technology Sydney Law Faculty, advises the Homeless Persons' Legal Service at the Justice and Equity Centre, volunteers for StreetWork and is an executive committee member of The Hellenic Initiative (New Leaders).
In 2022, Emmanuel was a finalist in Lawyers Weekly’s 30 Under 30 Australian Law Awards.
