Emily is a commercial litigator with a particular expertise in property claims, breach of contract claims, consumer protection and class actions. She also has expertise acting for domestic and international insureds and insurers in a range of complex insurance issues, particularly in the financial lines space.
Her experience traverses large and small-scale commercial litigation across a broad range of industries including property, construction, mining, telecommunications, financial services and insurance, as well as government bodies and regulators.
Emily also regularly provides ‘front-end’ advice to clients on complex insurance issues and products, and helps clients navigate claims for indemnity.
