Emily has over 10 years’ experience advising clients on complex dispute and regulatory matters. She has a multi-disciplinary practice, with a strong focus on investigations and inquiries.
Emily acts for a range of Government and private sector clients, with experience in ICAC investigations and hearings, advising clients appearing in Senate and Select Committees, conducting probity reviews and providing advice on public law, PID and whistleblower issues. She also specialises in contentious matters in the property sector, acting for a diverse portfolio of real estate entities. Clients value Emily's clear and pragmatic advice, strong attention to detail and ability to navigate challenging legal and commercial issues.
Emily has also seconded as Principal Solicitor for the NSW Independent Casino Commission, where she provided strategic advice to the Commissioners and represented the Commission in negotiations with The Star and Crown casinos as part of their respective remedial programs focused on harm minimisation in the gambling sector.
