A litigator with more than 10 years’ experience, Emily has in-depth expertise in product liability claims, class actions, breach of contract claims and leasing disputes.
Her experience extends to consumer protection and commercial equity claims and traverses large and small-scale commercial litigation for clients across a range of industries including construction, property, technology and banking, as well as government bodies and regulators.
Having completed the Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation workshop, Emily is well-placed to operate effectively within alternative dispute resolution frameworks to achieve results that meet her clients’ needs.
