Ella advises government, sponsors and contractors on many of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects. She has considerable experience advising on all project phases including project development, procurement, delivery, contract administration and refinancing.
Ella advises across a range of sectors, with a particular interest in social infrastructure and renewables projects.
Ella has also worked as a secondee lawyer to the government project team on the Victorian Desalination PPP Project, the project company team on the Sydney Light Rail PPP Project and as part of TransGrid’s in-house legal team, as acting senior legal counsel (infrastructure).

Sydney Metro
Advising clients including Ferrovial, Acciona, BAM, Downer, RCR, Grocon and CPB on their tenders for various packages for NSW’s metro rail project, including the PPP, tunnels and station excavations, line wide works and integrated station developments.
Sydney Light Rail
Advising the ALTRAC Light Rail Partnership (the project company engaged by TfNSW to deliver the project) on delivery and operations.
Social and Affordable Housing Fund (NSW), Stages 1 and 2
Advising BaptistCare on its successful bid to develop social housing and provide related services on a long-term basis, as part of the Stage 1 of NSW’s Social and Affordable Housing Fund.
