A specialist restructuring, insolvency and special situations lawyer, Daniel regularly acts for clients on both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters, including litigation in both State and Federal superior courts.
He advises Australia’s largest banks, non-bank financial institutions, market-leading insolvency practitioners and corporations in relation to all aspects of restructurings and external administrations.
Daniel has worked across various industries including financial service providers, mining, heavy machinery, natural resources, pharmaceutical, aviation, retail and property and previously worked for an international law firm in Singapore.
Daniel is a professional member of the Australian Restructuring, Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and a committee member of NSW Division of the ARITA Young Professionals Committee. He was named 2018 ‘Legal Counsel of the Year’ at the Young Leaders in Finance Awards and was also a finalist in the ‘Insolvency’ category at the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards.
