Cynthia has worked in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore advising private equity and venture capital funds, investment banks and corporations on all stages of corporate fundraising, public and private mergers and acquisitions, company divestments, initial public offerings, real estate investment trust listings, joint ventures and equity aspects of PPP projects.
Cynthia also has experience with corporate governance and company secretarial matters and has a special interest in ESG developments.
Cynthia is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of Australia, a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria, and a solicitor of Hong Kong. Cynthia is currently licensed to practise as a lawyer in New South Wales, Australia.
