Claire is an experienced property and construction lawyer, with a focus on commercial negotiation, administrative law and dispute resolution and avoidance.
She has acted for government entities and major construction and commercial clients in a range of matters, and has undertaken a wide variety of work, including acting as General Counsel for Shell Aviation Australia Pty Ltd in 2016 and instructing Counsel assisting the 2009 Victorian Bushfires Royal Commission.
Claire has undertaken secondments with an Italian law firm in Milan, the Victorian State Government Department of Education and Training and the Department of Premier and Cabinet as well as with the ANZ Bank.
Claire is an associate member of the Resolution Institute as well as a member of the Society of Construction Law Australia. She is also a former board member of the Public Galleries Association of Victoria Inc.
