Cian Ó Lionáird

Cian has over seven years’ experience advising on both major and minor infrastructure developments. His expertise spans key asset classes including port and airport infrastructure, social housing, renewable energy, healthcare, build-to-rent, manufacturing and mixed-use development.

He has represented project financiers, developers and contractors throughout the full project lifecycle, from procurement strategy and contract negotiation to litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Cian also brings experience in corporate transactions across the construction, utilities and renewable energy industries.

Prior to joining Corrs, Cian practised at a leading commercial law firm in Dublin, Ireland.
