His transactional work regularly involves complex employment-related issues such as employee arrangements, executive remuneration, restraints, incentive schemes, compliance with industrial instruments and WHS obligations, and contractor misclassification.
Chris also has deep expertise in both contentious and non-contentious matters, including termination disputes, restraint enforcement, workplace and regulatory investigations, and large-scale underpayment disclosures and remediation.
He has acted for clients across a broad range of industries including retail, mining, telecommunications, software, government, finance and education. Chris has also represented clients in high-value disputes before various State Supreme Courts, the Federal Court of Australia and the Australian Human Rights Commission.
