A specialist environment and planning lawyer, Charlotte assists government and private sector clients in both an advisory context and in litigation.

She has experience across a range of areas including environmental impact assessment, environmental compliance and approvals, planning law, compulsory land acquisition, government regulatory issues, infrastructure, native title, Aboriginal cultural heritage, contamination and water and waste.

Charlotte works with clients across property development, energy and resources, local and state government and infrastructure.

Charlotte is committee member of the Queensland Environmental Law Association.
